- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup milk of choice
- ⅓ cup HapBee Campfire S’mores Honey

- ⅓ cup mini chocolate chips
- 3 graham cracker sheets, roughly crushed
For the Topping
- ½ cup mini marshmallows
- 2 tablespoons mini chocolate chips
- 1 graham cracker sheet, crushed

Directions
1. Prepare the oven.
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a 12-cup muffin pan or line it with muffin liners.
2. Combine the dry ingredients.
In a large bowl, stir together the oats, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
3. Add the wet ingredients.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the egg, milk, Campfire S’mores Honey, melted butter, and vanilla.
4. Make the oatmeal mixture.
Pour the wet ingredients into the oats and stir until combined. Fold in the chocolate chips and crushed graham crackers.
5. Fill the muffin cups.
Divide the oatmeal mixture evenly among the 12 muffin cups. Sprinkle each with a few mini marshmallows, chocolate chips, and graham cracker crumbs.
6. Bake.
Bake for approximately 20–22 minutes, or until the oatmeal cups are set and lightly golden around the edges.
7. Finish and serve.
Allow the oatmeal cups to cool for about 5 minutes before removing them from the pan. Drizzle lightly with Campfire S’mores Honey before serving.
HapBee Tip
Make a batch on Sunday and refrigerate them for an easy breakfast throughout the week. Reheat one or two cups for about 20–30 seconds in the microwave, then add a small drizzle of Campfire S’mores Honey for fresh s’mores flavor.
